When we meet, please have available the following:
- Most recent electric, gas, water, sewer, and other energy bills i.e. propane, fuel oil, steam etc.
- Architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings in electronic format i.e. CAD, DWG, PDF etc. If you do not have all the drawings requested, please provide the documentation you have. Thank you.
